Welcome to our world! Established in 2018, Care2Care Children's Homes are a small and passionate family run organisation. We offer safe, stable homes for vulnerable children who are looked after by the Local Authority. We have two homes in West London and have recently expanded our services into North Warwickshire.
We focus not only on our children, but the continued personal and professional development of our team too, as they play an instrumental role in achieving positive outcomes for the children we're lucky enough to care for
Across our homes, we offer support to both children with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties, and mild to moderate Learning Disabilities. We have a team of dedicated and fully trained staff with a variety of expertise providing a safe and secure home for all our children.
We have worked hard to ensure that all our homes offer warm, welcoming spaces where children really feel like they belong. Each home is thoughtfully decorated and infused with love, reflecting our commitment to nurturing an environment that fosters feelings of safety and "home".
Our mission centres on empowering every child in our care, embedding an atmosphere that encourages them to set ambitious goals and supports them in achieving those dreams. We believe in their potential to overcome challenges and strive for the stars! The sky really is the limit.
At Care2Care, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we work diligently to facilitate their individual journey, creating happy memories from time spent with us, to be cherished forevermore.
We recognise the important role that Education plays in providing structure and consistency for our children and are therefore committed to ensuring that education arrangements are in place throughout their time spent with us.
