I have been working in the industry for over 30 years now and gained a lot of knowledge and experience working with Children who had difficulties, whether it was EBD, LD, or Mental health.
Ross Browne
Director
Ross is an Entrepreneur who has over 10 years’ experience working with young people with SEN and EBD, including Autism, Asperger's and mental health challenges over a broad spectrum, principally working within his family's Semi-Independence care business.
Lauren Hilton

Lauren has 18+ years of working with vulnerable and challenging children and young people as well as extensive experience with behaviour management strategies and 4+ years as an Associate Assistant Head of a Special School.
