Welcome to our world pic Established in 2018, Care 2 Care children’s homes are a family run organisation. Our homes are created to offer specialist care in West London for Children and young people that are vulnerable and in need of stability, reassurance, and a place they can call a safe home.
We focus not only on our young people, but we also encourage and empower our staff as they play a huge part in the positive progression for the young people in our care to succeed, achieve and strive to.

Our Mission
Care 2 Care Children’s Home’s support children with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties and mild to moderate Learning Disabilities. C2C have a team of dedicated and fully trained staff with a wide variety of expertise providing a safe and secure home for all our Children and young people. We have worked hard to provide an environment that is appealing to young people, were they can walk into the home and are immediately able to identify with at least 1 staff member.
Our homes are a place where children and young people feel empowered, are encouraged to set goals with the aim and support to reach them. Our main goal is to support and care for our young people, to guide and encourage them to overcome challenges and believe in the impossible. C2C do this through nurture, listening and building trusting relationships with peers, staff and other professional involved in their life.
The staff team will ensure that each child and young person living at C2C provisions have a personal Keyworker who takes an added interest in their care and their progress. Furthermore, a Co-Keyworker will also be assigned to add further support to this important role.
We will ensure that each child and young person has a robust education programme which supports their individual needs, so they are encouraged and supported to reach their fullest potential.
